The U.S. healthcare system is rapidly shifting to a value-driven model in which providers are being held responsible for management of their patients. This lesson will address the importance of having a brand that reflects a pharmacist’s patient centered care approach to health care and how to market and promote this type of relationship both to patients and to other healthcare providers.
- Describe how relationship marketing can provide long time loyalty to the pharmacy.
- Describe how relationship marketing is actually a strategy for long-term patient engagement.
- Determine what information patients are looking for to tailor the information you provide to them.
- Identify the challenges for implementing relationship marketing and creating a personal brand.
- Develop strategies to maximize relationships.
To obtain credit:
Attendees must participate in the entire program by viewing the presentation on a smartphone, tablet or desktop or laptop computer, listening to the presenters with audio from the device or a linked telephone connection, responding to polling questions and submitting questions within the GotoWebinar platform.
